The First Responders Champion’s - Family and Friends Addition training highlights some valuable information and strategies that promote a culture of wellness, a deepened understanding of the impacts on First Responders' family and friends based on their daily workplace role and how to build resilience through creating Family and Friends' Peer Support Groups within your communities. These practices will pay special attention to the uniqueness of rural living including; access to services, rural culture and life style as it pertains to mental health and wellbeing.
